Saginaw Community Foundation is unique in its mission. It serves all of Saginaw County and it doesn’t focus on one program or cause.
Instead, it provides a means for anyone and everyone to make a philanthropic impact on the community. This can be done through more than 450 existing funds and scholarship programs … or through the establishment of a new fund.
These funds provide grants that support each level of education; provide food, shelter, healthcare and job training to those less fortunate; help build and strengthen many of the region’s most cherished cultural institutions; improve the safety and quality of our communities; and offer opportunities for young people to grow – and give back.
Through the $22.23 million impact we’ve made throughout the region in our 30-year history, the Saginaw Community Foundation has become an essential element in so many of the good things that have happened and are happening in Saginaw County.
We need your help to make sure it stays that way forever. Gifts made to the Saginaw Community Foundation are pooled together and thereby amplified, creating a lasting and visible impact. If you are considering including the Saginaw Community Foundation in your end-of-year giving, learn more about our Cornerstone Club and Pillar Society or download a contribution form here.
