Statement about Saginaw Community Foundation operations

UPDATED INFORMATION AS OF OCTOBER 2, 2020

The Saginaw Community Foundation office is open by appointment only during regular business hours Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. Our office phone number is (989) 755-0545. Staff will be working on a rotating schedule in the office while others are continuing to work remote. The best way to reach individual staff members during this time is via email. A directory of staff emails can be found on our website. Also included are a listing of office phone extensions.

Outside of our office door, we have placed inbound and outbound drop boxes to minimize contact if you need to drop-off items or pick-up items from SCF. If you need to meet with a staff member, an advance appointment is required.

Procedure for outside visitors

A survey must be completed before entry is permitted. If anyone is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 and seeking a medical diagnosis or caring for an individual subject to a quarantine or isolation order or advised to self-quarantine due to concerns related to COVID-19, entry will not be permitted. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure, SCF screens employees and visitors on a daily basis at dedicated entry points; SCF ensures that employees and visitors utilize these entry points by barring entry via other egresses.

Employees and visitors are asked the following questions before entering the worksite:

Self-Declaration survey:

1. Have you recently returned from a foreign country (including, but not limited to: China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Spain)?

_____ Yes              _____ No

2. Have you been in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

4. Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the past 14 days (including fever, cough, sore/dry throat, respiratory illness or distress, or trouble breathing)?
