Qualifications
- Resident of Saginaw County
- One award to a graduate of Saginaw Arts & Sciences Academy or Saginaw United High School and one award to a graduate of any high school located in Saginaw County
- Part-time enrollment
- Pursuing Career and Technical Education (CTE) training in HVAC
- Attending Delta College, Greater Michigan Construction Academy (GMCA), or Mid-Michigan Community College
