- Minimum 2.0 GPA
- Graduating high school senior
- Full-time enrollment
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training
Preferred Qualifications (but not limited to)
- Residents of Buena Vista Township or Saginaw County (not limited to these residents)
- Graduates of Carrolton High School, Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy, Frankenmuth High School, Zilwaukee High School, Saginaw United High School, or Bridgeport High School.
- Buena Vista Township Lions Club members and their family members
